The Backstory:

Hey there, my name is Jason Griffing. I started Pillars of Impact because I believe great things happen when people come together. But being a husband, father, and busy professional, it’s hard to maintain social relationships.

Life gets hectic. Old friendships fade. And before we know it, we’re isolated at precisely the time in our lives when we need a supportive network the most.

Looking for ways to make new friends left me frustrated. I was seeking something deeper than the casual connections we make at our kids’ school and sporting events. And the only alternatives I could find were religious groups, whose missions I respect but don’t personally resonate with.

Pillars of Impact was created to fill the void. It’s about bringing men together. Building community. And supporting one another in our journeys to fulfill our potential as husbands, fathers, and leaders.

If this mission resonates with you, I hope you’ll join us.
