Our Pillar Deep Dives bring in expert voices to help us explore one of our core Pillars of Impact—whether it’s fatherhood, marriage, health, wealth, mindset, or vocation. In this session, we’ll dig into what it means to show up as a father when the weight of responsibility feels overwhelming.
We’ll be joined by Chas Neal, a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Man.Kind Counseling, who specializes in helping men move from frustration and apathy to confidence and strength..
During this interactive session, we’ll discuss:
Chas will share parts of his own story and introduce mindset tools grounded in psychology and therapeutic practice—offering a framework for sustainable, fulfilling fatherhood.
The session will include group discussion and guided reflections to help you apply the insights directly to your life and leadership.
Chas Neal is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over nine years of experience helping men navigate the challenges of fatherhood, anger, relationships, and identity. He specializes in guiding men from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to becoming more confident, connected, and grounded.
He’s also a dad, husband, runner, hiker, fantasy novel nerd, and frequent tangler of fly-fishing line in riverside trees. Chas brings both personal experience and clinical insight to his work—because he knows what it’s like to struggle, and what it takes to start rewriting the story.
